Breeana Danielle Essrig
Breeana Danielle "Bree" Essrig (born on April 21, 1990) is an American actress host, writer and web-based personality known for her comedic writing and appearances on the (now now defunct) news and current events series SourceFed. SourceFed's host for 2015 was Essrig. In 2017, she was promoted to the lead role on the #whatshappening daytime Twitter series. 2013 was the first year that Essrig publicly came out as bisexual on The Rubin Report. Since then, Essrig has been a prominent advocate for bullying and other forms of sexual assault such as bi-erasure, body shame and body shaming. Essrig was co-host of The Young Turks news and pop culture channel PopTrigger from 2012 to 2015 and host and writer on SourceFed from 2015 to 2017. She also served as a guest host for websites. Elizabeth Banks' humor website WhoHaha included her. Essrig has been nominated for a Shorty Award in 2017 for Best Comedian. She has been on stage at conventions and festivals as a celebrity guest, host, commentator, or host. She was a guest on BlackBoxTV Presents and was in Shane Dawson's music video "Superluv" in 2012.
